Common questions
- My prayer times look wrong.
- Open Prayer Settings and check the calculation method — the right one varies by country, and the default is only a guess from your location. You can also correct any single prayer by minutes from the same screen.
- The times say Makkah instead of my city.
- That is the fallback shown when location permission has not been granted. Allow location, or set your city manually.
- I am not getting the Azan.
- Check that notifications are allowed, and that the prayer is switched on in Azan Settings. A notification sound is capped at 30 seconds by iOS; turn on alarm mode if you want the complete adhan, which also sounds when your phone is on Silent.
- A widget is empty.
- Open the app once after installing. Widgets read what the app writes, so they stay on the placeholder until there has been something to read.
- Downloads keep stopping.
- Recitations and Quran page images are large. They resume where they left off, and pause by themselves when you leave Wi-Fi if that is how you have set them.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. No ads, no subscriptions, no paid tier. It is not going to change.
